Problem Description:
When dialing from the MXM Console using the remote call initiation feature,
the endpoint settings are ignored. |

Resolution:
This is working as designed. The administrator that initiates such
a call can override various endpoint-specific settings. For example,
if the maximum dialing rate for a given user is 256k, the administrator
may put this user into a call at a higher rate and the call connects
at the higer rate.
