MXM registration of Emblaze-VCON endpoints not always correct

Emblaze-VCON Product: MC8000, MC9000 ver:1.0, MXM ver:2.01, ViGO™ver:4.6
Non-Emblaze-VCON Product: none

Problem Description:
When IP schemes have changed Emblaze-VCON endpoints do not always appear in their proper categories in the MXM console tree.

Resolution:
A Vigo should register under the Emblaze-VCON Systems, Personal Systems, and Vigo System. A Media Connect 9000 system should register under Emblaze-VCON Systems, Group Systems, Media Connect Systems. A small percentage of the time, after the MXM and the endpoints have changed networks addresses the appearance on the MXM is not correct. For example, an MXM on network 192.168.10.1, with multiple end points of 192.168.10.2, 3, and 4 respectively. If the network address scheme were to change to MXM 10.10.10.1 and the endpoints to 10.10.10.2, 3, 4 you may encounter an issue where the endpoints appear in the generic endpoint category. If you have experienced this issue, you will lose some of the unique functionality that is possible with these endpoints.

The solution at this time is to remove the Meeting Point software on the endpoint. Reinstall the Meeting Point software on the PC and reregister with the MXM using the correct IP scheme.

The IP addresses used above are used as an example. The issues described above are not specific to those IP addresses.
