Remote Call Initiation between endpoint and
short-dial entry in another zone
 
VCON Product: MXM ver:2.01
Non-VCON Product: Polycom endpoints, Microsoft NetMeeting
 
Problem Description:
Trying to do a Remote Call Initiation between an endpoint and a short-dial entry that is located in a neighboring zone does not work.
 
Resolution:
This is a known limitation.
