MeetingPoint 4.6 application will not open
 
VCON Product: Escort Ver:4.6, Cruiser 75/150 ver:4.6, Cruiser 384 ver:4.6, MC8000 ver:4.6, MC9000 ver:4.6
Non-VCON Product: none
 
Problem Description:
The MeetingPoint 4.6 application fails to open and a message states that the system cannot initialize.
 
Resolution:
1. Make sure that the Plug and Play is enabled in the computer.

2. In the Windows Control Panel, click "Add New Hardware". Browse for dvs2000.inf (for Windows 2000) on the MeetingPoint CD-ROM. This file contains MeetingPoint setup information.

3. Insert the VCON video card in a different PCI slot in the PC.
