| Falcon IP Software
In order to upgrade your Falcon IP to software service pack version 3.01 please download the following items:
- Download Falcon IP Service Pack Version 3.01 Software - This is the new Falcon IP software. The software must be installed using FalconIP Upgrade Utility version 3.0. (ZIP - 3.95 Mb)
- Download Falcon IP Release Notes - Falcon IP Software version Release Notes. (PDF - 49Kb)
- Download Falcon IP Software Upgrade procedures - A step-by-step guide to the Falcon IP Software Upgrade process. Please read these instructions carefully before installing. (PDF - 66 Kb )
Please note that you must uninstall any previous versions of FalconIP upgrade utilities FROM YOUR PC, and use only version 3.01. Falcon IP Upgrade Utility version 3.01 can be found in the FalconIP Utilities section.

Falcon IP Utility Version 3.01
Download this new version of the Falcon IP Upgrade utility in order to upgrade the Falcon's software from earlier versions.
Please note that you must uninstall any previous versions of FalconIP upgrade utilities FROM YOUR PC, and use only this new version.
Note: Mitel customers should not download Falcon software from this website. Please contact your Mitel Reseller for product updates.

Falcon IP Upgrade Utility version 3.01 - This version of the Falcon IP Upgrade utility enables users to upgrade the software from earlier versions. In order to upgrade the Falcon IP, users must enter the Falcon's IP address and the location of the new version file. The new utility enables up to 5 simultaneous upgrades. (EXE - 3.43Mb)

Phonebook Editor Utility - This new utility enables users to manage and control the Falcon's address book. Users may backup a Falcon's address book to a PC and restore it again to each of their Falcon units. Users may also add, edit and remove records from their address book. In addition, one Falcon's address book may be merged with another Falcon's address book. (EXE - 2.89 Mb)

Falcon Data Utility - This new utility is required for sharing data over ISDN. For data collaboration, both parties must run Microsoft NetMeeting 3.01. During an ISDN call, users must launch the Falcon Data Utility from their PC/laptop. (EXE - 415k) |

MediaConnect
9000 2.1 Service Pack 2
Download the files below to upgrade your MediaConnect 2.1 software.
These files are applicable for an existing MediaConnect 9000 2.1
installation, with or without service pack 1 having been applied.
Any attempt to install these files on a machine that does not have
MediaConnect 9000 2.1 currently installed, will result in a program
failure. For a MC9000 2.1 installation, you will need the upgrade
CD provided by VCON or your VCON reseller.
Note: Mitel customers should
not install this service pack before consulting with your Mitel
authorized reseller.

MeetingPoint version 4.6 w/ XP SP2
This is a service pack for VCON MeetingPoint users who are currently running MeetingPoint version 4.6 XP or higher. Any earlier version of MeetingPoint requires a CD in order to upgrade the software. Any attempt to install this software on a system NOT running MeetingPoint version 4.6XP or higher will result in program failure. To obtain an upgrade CD, contact your VCON representative.
