Emblaze-VCON signs agreement with Chinese Government division to provide video conferencing solution

Contract worth over $750,000M awarded after successful completion of the first phase with Jiangsu Quality Inspection Bureau

Ra’anana, September 29 , 2005 : Emblaze Ltd (Emblaze or “the Group”) (LSE: BLZ) announces that its Group company, Emblaze-VCON, a leading provider of wireless video communications technologies and conferencing solutions for operators and enterprise markets over IP networks, has won a $750,000 contract for the second phase of rolling out a videoconferencing system for Jaingsu Quality Inspection Bureau who are responsible for quality certification of all products imported into Jiangsu Province. The second phase will commence immediately and run through till December, 2005.

Under the terms of the agreement, Emblaze VCON is providing a system for its officials at the Ministry to establish visual link over the IP network between branch offices and the head quarters of National Quality Inspection Bureau. Emblaze VCON will be deploying of HD2000 video conferencing set-tops and VCB3000, server-based multi-point bridge throughout the province in addition to those already deployed in the first phase.

Jiangsu Quality Inspection Bureau in China is Ministry under the Jiangsu Province Government that tests and approves products, all over the province. Jiangsu Quality Inspection Bureau tests all kinds of products, including food, cloth and high tech, not only produced in Jiangsu Province but also products imported from other provinces or other countries.
