Mr. Isaac Ben Ezra - Chief Executive Officer

Isaac is an experienced entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in a variety of industries including media, advertising, textile and other ventures. He brings over 30 years of experience to the team, managing various companies including Israeli media company Rapid and the industrial manufacturer Srigamish. Isaac was educated at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem at the Recanati Business School.

Mr. Shai Toren - Chief Operating Officer

A seasoned veteran with more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Shai has spent the last 8 years leading a wide variety of initiatives in the videoconferencing market. Prior to joining VCON in 2009, he worked for Polycom, quadrupling partner-related revenue while comprehensively managing worldwide video partnering solutions for the company. Shai is the co-inventor of 4 patents and holds a BSc in Information Systems Engineering.

Mr. Tsur Arieli - Vice President, R&D

With more than 10 years of experience in video technologies, Tsur brings significant video and audio technology know-how to the company. He began his career with VCON as the vPoint product line Team Leader, helping to propel this high-definition desktop videoconferencing system to a leading position within the company’s comprehensive product portfolio. Tsur holds a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
