Emblaze-VCON Executive Management

With more than 15 years experience, Tal  has significant experience in founding and running successful companies. As the founder of S.E.A. Multimedia, a multimedia content developer, Tal spearheaded the company's rapid growth, including its public listing on London's AIM Exchange and exclusive worldwide deals with the International Olympic Committee and the NBA. In addition, he served as Chairman of Orca Interactive, a global market leader in developing applications for interactive TV, which was acquired by Emblaze in 2000; Dotomi, a developer of communication platform aimed at helping marketers reach their customers; and iCognito, a developer of Internet content filtering software. Tal also Co-Founded and serves as the Chairman of BeinSync & Sportingo.

Mr. Toren is Emblaze-VCON’s Chief Operating Officer responsible for leading business strategy, product development, and product management and marketing for VCON’s video conferencing and collaboration products and solutions.Shai joined Emblaze-VCON on February 2009, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the industry and over 6 years of experience in the Video Conferencing market. Prior to Joining VCON Shai worked for Polycom and managed its Worldwide video partnering solutions. Responsibilities included product management, architecture, development, project management and QA. Shai initiated and led strategic global projects and managed distributed development projects across China, India, US, and Israel. During his tenure at Polycom Revenue related to partners increased from 37M$ in 2006 to 75M$ in 2007 and 150M$ 2008 . Shai is the co-inventor of 4 patents and holds a B.Sc in Information Systems’ engineering.

David joined Emblaze-VCON in August 2006, bringing nearly a decade of experience in Financial Management to the position. Prior to this, he served for five years as Financial Manager and Controller of Power Paper Ltd., a leading provider of micro-powered devices and printable, thin, flexible and environmentally- friendly batteries. Mr. Amir holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting and an L.L.M in Business Law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Arieli heads the Research and Development unit in Emblaze-VCON. With more than seven years experience in video technologies, Tsur brings significant know-how in video and audio technologies to the position Tsur began his career with Emblaze-VCON as Team Leader for the vPoint product line. He holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
