ZONE-IP, formerly known as Ki-Bi Mobile Technologies Ltd., first admitted to the AIM market in May 2005, was a developer and seller of physical mobile content distribution systems. Its electronic, credit-card size cards and its server platform enable mass-market distribution of mobile content and services through retail and other nonvirtual channels.
In February 2006 the Company announced its intention to effect a reorganization in the Company’s business. With a view to providing an appropriate return on investment to shareholders, the Company scaled down its historic business and entered the field of video over-IP conferencing solutions.
In July 2006, the Company completed a reverse takeover of the entire issued share capital of Emblaze V CON, a leader in the development and deployment of video over-IP conferencing solutions, and changed its name to ZONE-IP.
ZONE-IP is incorporated in Israel under the Israeli Companies Law 5759-1999 and registered in Israel under company no: 513292805
The rights and responsibilities of shareholders will be governed by the articles of association and by Israeli law and may be different from the rights and responsibilities of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.
There are no restrictions on the transferability of the Company's shares.
